The Aliant Pioneer Volunteers H.O.O.P. program (Helping our Own People) is for all Aliant Pioneer Volunteer members, and for permanent and part-time permanent employees of Aliant, xwave, and Innovatia.

The purpose of H.O.O.P. is to fill a void of helping our own employees and members in need of special assistance.
